Purchase Line does not exist

When I try to create a purchase order in Business Central, I keep getting this error that blocks me:

"Purchase Line: The Purchase Line does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type='Quote', Document No.='', Line No.='0'"

I tried creating it from a quote. The order is created without a problem, but I can't open it.

I suspected a specific customization code. When I deleted it, everything worked fine. However, the problem is that the code works just fine in my sandbox environment, and the issue only appears in my newly created production environment.

Do I have the same development mentioned in both environments, that is, the same version? : YES
Do you have the possibility to get more description of the error, if you give copy details? : that's the only message i have
