Modify search related field name to another table

Hey,

Can you let me know if it is possible to modify the related fields being shown when you search for a contact for instance and if so how is it possible to change?

Example, if I search Marty McFly here, you can see multiple records but without showing the related client name the user won't know which one to select

    Hi There,

    Follow these steps:

    • From the command bar in your application click on the gear icon and select advanced settings
    • From the advanced setting select customization and than select customize the system.
    • From there click on entities and look for contact entity.
    • Under contact entity select views and select quick find active contacts view (refer the below pic)
    • Under that add a column for company name (or anything else to want to appear when you're doing a global search)
    • Place Company name column right after your 1st column if you want the (client name) to appear in search
    • Save and close once done and publish all customizations.

And you're good to go : refer the below picture

Feel free to connect if you still face issues.

    Thanks
    Affan
