I have made a Copy of the SSRS Report SalesInvoice, and made some changes to the format of the sales lines, and one change to the Page Header.
I have added an extra line to the page header, and on the line i have added an extra column on the line.

And now when I print out the report every 2'nd page comes out with a Page header but no lines.

Any idea what the problem can be?

None of the Grids seems to exceed the page width.

You must check that the grid width does not exceed the page width.
