Hello, we are still on NAV version 13.5 . where could i find an on time delivery analysis?

    1: Purchase/Sales Order Statistics
    • Navigate to:
      Sales Orders or Purchase Orders > Select an order > Statistics.
    • Review fields like:
      • Promised Delivery Date
      • Planned Shipment Date
      • Actual Posting Date
        This gives per-order insights.
    2: Custom OTD Report via Jet Reports or Power BI
    • Use fields:
      • Order Date, Requested Delivery Date, Shipment Date
    • Compare promised vs. actual delivery dates
    • Filter and calculate OTD % = (On-Time Deliveries / Total Deliveries) × 100
