Document routing agent multiple instances issue (Printing to other printer)

I have an issue on dynamics 365 as we have more than 1 instances of “document routing agent” applications open across 2 different machines. Whenever we print from 1 printer in our Texas site, it will also print the same labels to the Illinois site. However, when we print from the other way around (Illinois to Texas) it doesn't seem to happen. How can we differentiate the both of them so that doesn't happen?

I know it has the same server and client information (except the application ID), but is there a way to separate the 2 printers so one doesn’t print on the other?
