Dynamics Data connector excel addin buttons disabled.

Users reporting an issue with the Microsoft Dynamics Excel Data Connector add-in. In both the desktop and web versions of Excel, the New, Refresh, Publish, and Filter options remain disabled, even after reinstalling the add-in and enabling editing/content in the file.
