Warning cofiguration in Service Managemnet

Hi 

 

We were trying to configure warnings in the Detail section of Service orders but was not sure how it actually works.Can anyone help in understanding how the warnings could be configured and what to expect.Microsoft hasnt unfortunately any proper documnet to identify this.

    Hi @YUN ZHU  so I was able to configure with the details from the Blog .Howvere the emails do not get sent.The codeunit 5917 gets executed however th emails do get sent and it even does not stay in the view email queue.
