Yes, in NAV 2016 you can run inventory cost adjustment automatically either by enabling Automatic Cost Adjustment in Inventory Setup, or better, by scheduling it through the Job Queue so it runs at night. Create a Job Queue Entry with Object Type = Report and Object ID = 795 “Adjust Cost - Item Entries”. If you also want the adjusted inventory cost posted to G/L, schedule Post Inventory Cost to G/L after it. Just avoid running these jobs at the same time as heavy sales/purchase posting to reduce locking and performance issues.
