Account number for transaction type Customer balance does not exist

I am trying to post an FTI in MSD-FO and getting this error - Account number for transaction type Customer balance does not exist.
 
I have verified the 
a. Customer Posting profiles and verified a summary account has been specified
b. AR parameters > posting profile has been setup
 
Can someone please help me with this issue as I am unable to post an Invoice

    Hi,
     
    You can follow this to find root cause: 
     
    1. View the accounting on FTI
     
     
    2. Look for the posting profile (Also check on FTI header if it is populated )
     
    3. Validate GL > Ledger setup for active accounting structure

    The summary account listed in the Customer posting profile is part of the active accounting structure??

    Have you included the main account(s) used as summary account for the customer balance is/are part of an active account structure for the specific legal entity?
