parameter for application template msdyn_omnichannel_customer360

I'm using Channel Integration Framework 2 for customer service workspace.
When a phone call comes in I want create a session with the standard anchor tab msdyn_omnichannel_customer360.
I search the customer with its phone number and found the entity
How can i pass the entity id to the template so the customer is open ?

    But I have still no idea how to pass the entity id from type contact to this template msdyn_omnichannel_customer360
    The documentation is confusing and without any examples 

    I try to pass JSON input during createSession
    {
    "entityId" : "XXX",
    "entityName" : "contact"
    }
    without success
