I have the Cases subgrid on Contact form. When I create a Case from there, a quick create opens in the side pane where I put the details in - a few fields on there. When I save the case and open it, the case does not get routed. I keep refreshing the queue item details on case form to check if it got routed but its still assigned to my queue since I am the user who created it (OOTB)
I have a basic routing rule where if its a case type of certain value, it gets routed to a queue.
This routing rule triggers perfectly when I create a case via the Case view. The only issue is it does not route the case when created via quick create
