Hi, I have created a live customer journey that involves a number of emails to be sent 4 weeks apart from each other.
The users in this journey have so far only received the first email out of 5 total emails.
If I make changes to the remaining 4 emails that have not been sent yet but are scheduled into the live journey, will customers receive the updated emails? And will this apply to existing users currently in the journey or just new users who join after the changes have been updated?

Hi Bianca,
if you change the content in the emails, the contact should receive the new content even though they are also in the journey.
If you change something in the journey itself, e.g. the wait time or you add another email, then only new contacts will receive those changes. Contacts that are already in the journey will complete your first version.
