Offline database needs cleaning- too many records!

Hi experts,

I know this question is already present in the forum but I have followed all the suggestions given my Microsoft for this issue .

I have tried the following :

3. Even tried running few of the procedures present in the standard procedure(on local) , but with no change !

did anyone face a similar issue and try writing a clean-up batch job or any stored procedure for the same ?
