Dynamics 365 for Outlook - Panel Message - Dynamics 365 wants to display a new window

I am using new Outlook and Dynamics 365 for Outlook. I keep getting the Dynamics 365 wants to display a new window with the choice of Allow or Ignore. If I click allow it just pops up again and then I select allow again and the side panel populates like it should. This continues to happen throughout the day. How do I correct this issue? Before I toggled to the new Outlook I never saw this message.

    Hey!
     
    When Dynamics CRM AddOn asks to open a new window, the window will request you to select the correct account to login.  Are you aware if you have any policy regarding authentication?

    This has been a problem in our org for a very long time and I am just starting to dig into it as it's now impacting outlook classic and not just web/new outlook. We don't operate with the plugin pinned as it creates a terrible lag when bouncing between e-mails. My users are fully getting angry with this as it seems like the session is only good for 10-20 minutes and then when the click on the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook they get met with pressing allow, to then authenticate and then bounce back. To do it again within 10-20 minutes of being idle. 

    @PerezAguiar what ideas do you have on authentication so I can pull on that string.

    We're seeing the same behaviour, and when we created a case with MS for that they told us this is working as designed.
    Basically:
    1) The plugin has to ask via Outlook if it is allowed to show a popup
    2) The plugin either shows you the MS Login thingy or re-uses the current session if the session length wasn't exceeded.
    3) The plugin connects to D365 using that
    4) The plugin asks again to open a popup
    5) The plugin only briefly flashes you with the MS Login thingy as you just created a new session in most cases, so its reusing that
    6) The plugin then connects to Graph - basically "to Exchange".
    7) Now the plugin is ready to run and shows you the tracking details etc.
     
    You can affect the session length on your tenant as far as I know, for us that's 2h, for example. That should get rid of the popups for two hours, but after that you have to go through this process again. If your tenant uses different session lengths, that's what probably is responsible for it happening every 20 minutes.
    According to MS Support there's no way to suppress steps 1 and 4, but they've taken the feedback and created a work item for that - this was in January.
     
    Maybe we'll see some improvement in Wave 2?
