Purchase Agreement Workflow Not Visible

Hi Experts,

The Purchase Agreement Approval workflow is not visible in one of the client databases. Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this?

    The available workflows are loaded from the meta data. What is the Dynamics 365 version of the client where the purchase agreement workflow is not visible? Are there some specific license configuration keys disabled in that environment?

    The Purchase Agreement Workflow issue is resolved by enabling the Advanced Ledger Entry configuration key in License configuration > Configuration Key > Public Sector >  Advanced Ledger Entr.
