In attempting to clear out change log entries, I have utilized the retention policy and job scheduling available. I have a job set up with the following code unit that I have been running intermittently to clear out expired records according to the policy (picture attached). I have attached another picture of the retention policy setup. By running the job with this policy setup, I have been able to clear out a large number of records, but now running the job does not result in a decrease in records in the change log table. Can this be because of the locked retention policy for protected records keeping them from being deleted? How can I remove that lock/get the records to be deleted? My goal is to clear the table as completely as possible.
