We use purchase requisitions that flow into purchase orders. When a buyer modifies a condition on the PO (like delivery date or quantity), the Trade Agreement price sometimes gets recalculated and overwritten without any prompt. The buyer has no idea the price changed — they only notice it later during invoice matching.
Since the buyer was not intentionally changing the price, this is creating audit and reconciliation concerns.
