D365 marketing - file search

Hello partners,

I am unable to search files in D365 marketing by file name. It prompts be search by keywords or sorting by alphabetical order. This isnt ideal and wondering if anyone else has this issue and what the workaround can be?

Hi Partner,

You can use the search bar at the top to search assets by name or use the filter to quickly find assets by tag.

1.search by name

On the files tab, I can search by name. However, when I go to add an image from my marketing email, I can search by a tag or alphabetical. I cannot search by file name.

Is this a bug or is there something that can be done to be able to search by name?

Hi Partner,

In the marketing email, we can only use the 'Filter' button to quickly find assets by tag.

This is not a bug, it is by-design.
