Hi,
Yes, before changing the environment admin in LCS, it’s good to follow a few key steps:
Set all batch jobs to “Withhold” so they don’t fail during the transition
After the admin is changed, reassign batch jobs to the new admin and set them back to “Waiting”
Make sure the new admin has the System administrator role in the environment
Check for any email alerts or workflows tied to the old user
If you’re using Azure DevOps integration, confirm that nothing is tied to the old admin’s credentials
Also update access in the LCS project itself
This helps avoid any interruptions when making the change.
