Hello,

I have a journey (real-time journeys)

Journey Logic:

Audience is added via a segment

Check Primary Language: Attribute Check - Make condition on attribute Contact > Language Equals English

Send Email EN

If/then branch : Wait for a brand condition type: A trigger is activated: Custom trigger when a new record created: msevtmgt_sessionregistration > contact via msevtmgt_contactid

If YES

Send confirmation emails

ELSE (NO)

Wait for a specific date/time

Send Reminder Email.

I wish to confirm that with this logic, only those who have not submitted the registration form in the event will receive a reminder email (if they have not opted out).

Only contacts whose primary language is English and who have not triggered the msevtmgt_sessionregistration custom event (i.e., not registered) will proceed to the "Wait for specific date/time" and receive the reminder email, provided they have not opted out.

Your condition ensures reminder emails are only sent to non-registrants.
