Lead Qualification fails with LeadResearch plugin

We are experiencing errors during lead qualification from the Microsoft.Dynamics.Sales.LeadResearch.Plugins.GetLeadResearchDetailsPlugin,

It is causing a 403 Forbidden error. Sales Accelerator and Lead Research are not configured or enabled in our environment. However, these plugins are system-locked and cannot be deactivated manually.

How do I remove or disable the Microsoft-registered SDK message processing steps related to Lead Research that are triggering on the Lead entity.

This has happened in the last week, so I'm thinking some release update has caused this as there were not changes made by me in the system.

1: Disable Lead Research Feature (Recommended)
Even if not manually enabled, Microsoft may pre-enable the feature in backend updates.
    1. Go to Power Platform Admin Center:
      https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
    2. Select your environment > Click Settings.
    3. Navigate to:
Product > Features or Sales > Sales Insights settings
    4. Look for "Lead Research" or "Sales Accelerator", and toggle them off.
    5. Wait 10–15 minutes for deactivation to propagate.

2: Raise a Microsoft Support Ticket
If the feature toggle isn't visible, raise a support ticket and request:
"Disable system plugin GetLeadResearchDetailsPlugin or remove Lead Research dependency in our org — it's causing 403 errors during lead qualification."
