Flow status mismatch between Power Automate and Copilot Studio after managed solution import

Hi,

I am experiencing an unexpected issue with a voice bot for Contact Center.

I packaged the bot, including all required dependencies, into a managed solution and imported it into the test environment. The solution also includes all Power Automate flows that are called by the agent.

In the target environment, all flows appear to be turned on in Power Automate. However, in Copilot Studio, the same flows are shown as turned off.

Could you please advise why the flow status differs between Power Automate and Copilot Studio, and how this can be resolved?
