    I suggest partnering with an ISV who specializes in climate risk.  The ISV can pull the data from MSM to be used in their algorithms.  The ISV can create a custom connector using our 3rd party framework, or they can use a power query template.  
     
    If you are looking for an ISV who specializes in climate risk I would suggest for you to find them on appsource.microsoft.com.
