Copy a users personalizations

A user requested that a new employee be given all of the same personalizations this user has already done to BC. Is there a way to copy personalizations from one user to another?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible as of now. If you want to customize the page for all users, consider using Customize pages for profiles feature.

    OK, that's what I had thought. Is there a way to view the personalizations a user has done so that I can look at them while I am customizing?
