Hi Everyone,

Whenever I add any column in Purchase Line Grid using Personalization option, it remains there for that session.

But as soon as I reload the URL, it is getting removed. This is not happening in any other environment.

This form has 2 Customized data source added through Extension. Could it be reason for same? Or else what needs to be done to keep the personalized changes as it is?

Hi Rhushikesh,

Is this happening for your user only or for all users? Have you tried resetting the usage data and check if the issue persists?

Hi Gunjan, yes it is happening for all users and I tried resetting usage data as well. But had no luck.

I think this could be because of some customization. We have upgraded the solution from AX2012 to D365.

Do you think customization could be the reason behind this? Ideally this is not happening in any other environment.

But I just check, this is not limited to just PurchTable form. Even I am facing same issue on other forms as well. I just checked on SalesTable.

That certainly means its not because of any customization. What should be done? Shall we raise ticket to MS? We are using PU39 version.

Hi Rhushikesh,

Is the feature "Saved views" turned on under Workspaces > Feature management? If yes, could you try disabling this feature and check if the personalizations are getting saved?

Hi Rhushikesh,

if the feature „saved views“ is activated (you can check it in the „feature management“) you have to save your form modification otherwise the modification is lost after a form refresh.
