Data Management - On account transaction

Hi,

I would like to know if there is the possibility to use Data Management to import "On Account transactions" pending invoicing in fixed price projects. Is there an entity available for this?

I see that in the "Project pending transactions" entity are those that are loaded manually, but when I try to enter an additional line by DM it gives me an error: The data value violates the integrity constraint.

    Hi Macarena,

The error means that not all mandatory fields have been filled. You can first enter records in a form as a user. Then export an entity to see which fields should or can be used to provide the data for import.

integrity error comes on primary field

either value is not specified or not unique or already existing in D365FO

    pls suggest if it helps

Hi André, I did exactly what you say in your message. I base on a line of transaction type: On account exporting the entity "Project pending transactions" and then import a new line created respecting each complete column.

From what I see in the error message it gives me in the column "CATEGORYID" but I observe in the exported lines that when it is a type of transaction: On account, it has no value in the column.

Anyone who has tried importing Data Management transactions on account?

    Thank you!!

    Hi Macarena,

Indeed, the on-account transactions don't have a Category ID. You can actually see what happens if you just provide another existing category.

There is no other out of the box data entity. You can consider creating one yourself or vote or create for an idea on the Ideas portal: https://ideas.dynamics.com

I created the idea in the portal:

    Thanks André,
