Hello!
Is it possible somehow to extract the data when user logged in or out? I would store this info into some custom entity in the Dynamics CRM.
Best regards,
Miha
Miha,
It's possible to log event when user logs in to Dynamics CRM - www.qgate.co.uk/.../ but it's not possible to log when user logs out.
Hi Miha,
Agree with Andrew.
1. As long as Auditing of User Access is enabled, then we can see the event and time of the user logging in to D365 in the Audit Summary View.
Please refer to https://community.dynamics.com/365/b/d365demystified/posts/d365-quick-tip-audit-user-access-in-d365-v9-ce
We can also make a SSRS report to see its result.
Please refer to https://www.concurrency.com/blog/march-2016/creating-an-audit-report-for-user-logins-in-dynami
2. Unfortunately, it is impossible to extract the information that the user logged out of D365.
