We are trying to upgrade from Business Central v24 to v25, but are receiving the generic system error "Update failed with an internal error." The AI help suggests a fix for on-prem servers, which is not relevant as we are on cloud.
The upgrade versions are compatible. Does anyone have any ideas?

Generally, "internal error" is a problem of Microsoft, and If you are in a hurry, you can only submit a SR to let them solve it.
You can only try to restart the environment and uninstall all third-party applications before upgrading....
