Hi All,
Need urgent help!!
I have a real time workflow on a child entity which is supposed to run when a child record is created and update a field on Parent record, for some reason when record is created it does not reflect values real time and i have to refresh the page to see the values.
Not sure what could cause the behaviour please advice.

Thank you for your query.
When a child record is created (in subgrid), parent form is not updated. You have to enforce parent form refresh.
To do this you need to add an event listener to the sub grid on load event to refresh the parent form.

Thanks for replying, this is exactly what i was looking for to be able to refresh the parent form.
the code is working that is after each action on subgrid values are refreshing immediately on the parent form but now the problem is on subgrid after each create or update option subgrid data goes invisible and have to refresh the page to see the records.
Also to let you know, i do not get option Event tab on the subgrid so i have added the script on the form's on load. Is there a way to fix the above problem and it will be awesome.
