Access report for user login

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a way to see a report on what users have accessed CRM Dynamics in a given time period.

I know I can go to setting and the audit summary page, filter on access and I get a full list of all the access users have completed, can also filter on a date range but I cant filter by user. I want to check if certain users have logged in recently or when the last time was that they logged in.

is there an easy way to get this report?

    Read Auditing would be your best bet here: Audit data and user activity for security and compliance - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

    With this enabled logs get sent to M365 security and compliance center to view.

    Hello Jason,

    In this report, create new dataset of user's and apply filter on table after that you can get result data.

    Hi Jason,

     

    We have a productivity app named the User Adoption Monitor, using which you can not only track the actions (like create, update, delete etc..) of entity records but also track the times user was accessing or using the CRM.

     

    We even ship an Access Summary dashboard to view the details at a glance.

     

    It is a Microsoft preferred app in the Appsource and we request you to give it a try.
