Develop mobile NAV app

Hello, our company is currently using MS Dynamics NAV 2018 BC, which was designed by an external vendor. We are now looking to develop an app that will provide a simplified interface for employees to access on mobile devices, in addition to the existing PC version.

I’ve heard about the Dynamics NAV App. However, I was informed that this app shows the same screens as the PC version. If I want to design new mobile-specific screens, I need to use PowerApps. Is that correct?
If I develop using PowerApps, will users be using PowerApps instead of the Dynamics NAV App?
Aside from PowerApps, are there any other tools that developers use to design mobile interfaces for Dynamics NAV?
How can I find the instance name that I need to enter into the Dynamics NAV App?

3. You can develop general web applications, but since there is no standard connector, you can only get and post data through APIs/Odata

4. You can see it by opening NAV Administration on the application server.
