Hi,
I have updated an user's permission to give them "Sales, Enterprise App Access" in both Live & Test environments so they can use the Sales Hub (already being used by users at site).
The user can access it by opening production environment and selecting Dynamics 365 dropdown (see attached image 1) but can't locate the Sales Hub via "My Apps" (see attached Image 2, it does show for test environment) and also when accessing https://home.dynamics.com/ page even after syncing. Again it shows the test environment Sales Hub app on home page.
Not sure why user can access it but not always seeing it available as an app - any ideas what's wrong?
