Hello,
We are about to initiate a Dynamics 365 Finance implementation in our company. So I was trying to create a project in LCS for it. When I try to create a new project, under product name I only get 2 options - Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Can you please help us with instructions on how to create a Dynamics 365 Finance project?

You need to have the D365FO licenses visible in your O365 admin portal. Then O365 Global admin must navigate to Admin Centers - Dynamics 365 for Operations in the admin portal. This will take them to LCS and create a project of type Implementation, which is what you need.
You get one implementation project. You can create other D365 projects for other purposes if you want to. You should see D365FO in the product list when creating LCS project, as long as your organization has D365FO licenses.
So, please start by checking that you have the licenses.

Thank you for your help. We are in the process of purchasing the licenses so I will wait for the license purchase. In the mean time how do I go about getting an email invite / invitation code for a preview license?
Anyone can sign up for a free limited trial. Customers and partners can sign up for customer/partner trial.
