How to edit the band in CRM

Hello, 
 
We´re trying to get a hold on our Dynamics 365 CRM system, which has been left for quite a while. 
 
How can i edit the different stages in the band that goes from lead to opportunity to sale?

    But it does not seem like the new BPF will go through the stages?
     
    I have made the flow flow quite simple:
    When i make the lead qualitied it does move to an opprtunity, as i hoped. 
    BUT when i close the opportunity as "Won" i wanted the step to go to the "Offer signed" step, but it does not. 
    Do you know how i can change this?

    Hi,
     
    Your requirement is to change the Business Process Flow for /Lead to Opportunity/. is this correct?
     
    Here are some simple steps.
    1. According to our tests /Opportunity/ uses the BPF /Lead to Opportunity Process/.

    2. You can edit this BPF in /Solution/.


    3. You can also create a BPF to customize the /Lead to Opportunity/ process.
