We have just converted to new UCI. I have a model driven app which sends emails out after various actions. When you click on the link in the email, it opens the ticket correctly but not in the app. I get a message at the top of the form "For the best experience viewing this content, open it in a specific application." when I select the app, it opens the app but not the ticket.
I am using the Insert hyperlink and Record URL(Dynamic) for the link:
