Hi,

We are on-premise and are currently on version 9.1 as compared to latest version 24.8.

Is there any step by step guide on how to upgrade the version for on-premise, can we jump on to the top version or has go in sequential order to reach 24?

Thanks,

PS

    Hi PS,

You can jump on to the top version.

We recommend that you apply the latest available update before you begin the upgrade. More information: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) On-Premise Cumulative Updates
