    Hello yovita,

Have you tried modifying the template?

You can do this in the common module under 'office integration/document templates'

There you can find the purchase requisition excel template.

Download it, add the columns you need and upload it again.

When uploading it you have to be a bit careful as there can only be one specific template available for all companies.

So, you either have to delete the standard MS one or upload your template with a validity for a specific language or country/region, etc.

Please give it a try, should not be too difficult to create your own template that has all columns included that you need.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Yovita,

You can click "New", then you can upload your template.

But I opened it through open in excel, the Vender account field has been automatically displayed (in Purchase requisition lines sheet), it may have been removed in your customization, please check it.

    Good morning yovita,

I double checked this behavior in my PU34 machine and there the vendor account field is there by default.

In other words, I don't have to personalize anything to see the field in the template.

Are you on an older D365FO version?

If so, can you try to upgrade to the latest version and test again?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
