A problem about creating upgrade project in LCS

Hi All:

I try to upgrade Ax2012 to Dynamics 365, so I want to create a new upgrade project in LCS and intend to set project methodology to be Upgrade AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, as what are described in Microsoft docs.
But I could not select the option Upgrade AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in methodology.
And I also can't find Ax2012 in Product name.
Although I have not only a partner subscription and but also an end-customer subscription, is there still need to apply for 'preview subscription'?
Can you tell me the reason?

I have swtiched my orgnization from customer to partner, so I have been able to find out Ax2012 in Product name. But I still can't find out Upgrade AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in methodology. Do you think is it correct ? I need to create the methodology manually ?

Hi Will:

Once I select 'Finance and operations' in Product name field, the Methodology fileld will be disappear.

I use 'CUSTOMER ORGANIZATIONS' type.

Hi Jacky,

It seems like a bug, please try to raise a support ticket to Microsoft.
