Issues while creating Dynamics CRM Phone call Activity.

Hi All,

I have 2 issues while creating dynamics crm phone call activity.

a) First, I am trying to Complete Phone call activity on create itself but for some reason it was not closing with below state and status reason.   

    StateCode = 1
    StatusCode = 2

    I always stay in open state only.

b) When I am adding Owner to phone call it gives me below error

     But this entity belongs to LinkedIn Sales Navigator which is managed solution from Microsoft not sure if anyone faced this issue.

     Can someone tell me which privilege should be given to me to create activity.

I even tried removing owner and state,status fields but it gives me above error .

Can someone help me with this issue.

    Hello,

    You can't close the activity on creation. You have to create it first and open it as the second operation.

    In regards to the setting of the owner - it seems that you are trying to assign the activity record to the team that doesn't have appropriate privileges. Grant privileges and try again.

    Thanks Andrew.

    I was able to resolve this issue for activity closing had to close it using separate operation.

    Other privilege one there are some internal things related to project which I have missed but got it fixed.
