Combine Planning worksheet assembly orders

Hello everyone,

I have been working with the Planning Worksheet for a specific item and have calculated the plan based on its defined planning parameters (Reorder Policy: Fixed Reorder Quantity, Reorder Quantity: 1).

The Planning Worksheet successfully generates demand based on sales orders as well as the reorder quantity.

However, when I create Assembly Orders, it also generates Assembly Orders for the reorder quantity (1).

Is there a way to combine assembly orders with other planning lines and adjust the reorder quantity with MPS (Master Production Schedule) orders during the creation of an Assembly Order through the Planning Worksheet?

If you want to combine the demand and create a single supply order, you need to use a different Reordering Policy for the Assembly items. I would suggest Lot-for-Lot planning with the Lot Accumulation Period used to set the demand grouping window (Blank = 1D).
