Hello Experts,

Our Revenue Recognition Journal is running on the Unit Price column instead of Net Amount column. in our training session it was working fine and dividing according to the Net Column Amount.

Can you help what could be the possible reason of this problem.

Hi Yasir,

Can you compare the setup in your training environment with the one that you have in your live environment?

If things worked fine before then there must be a different setup/configuration being responsible for this.

ludwig.. thanks for your response... yes i have compared but find no difference... what could be the actual reason i want to know that they amortizing on the basis of quantity column.

hi experts,

the issue has been resolved, Microsoft update was not run on our Live environment by implementation team ..
