I know the process on how to post D365 related solution to Marketplace and Cosell but above link, I have no idea.
Is it through Marketplace and Co-sell market or through their D365 subscription itself?
Sorry I'm not familiar with D365 solution posting through D365 subscription.

I am not sure, but you can check appsource.microsoft.com/
MS partner posts their D365 related solution then it's being posted appsource.microsoft.com.
If I'm not mistaken, D365 app, itself has its own appsource within D365 app.
