Segment combination or migration to delete contacts in a dynamic segment

I would like to delete contacts in MA from a dynamic segment. In the meantime, I have learned that you cannot delete contacts in dynamic segments.

To do this, you must create an extra segment containing all the contacts that are to be deleted. I have already created this.

Now this segment must be combined with the segment in which the contacts are still contained.
How can I move one segment into another and organize the segment so that these contacts are excluded?

Excluding specific contacts is now possible in segments, so can either exclude contacts or a whole segment:

To do this, follow these steps:

After adding your filters/conditions > Press Add New > select Exclude Contacts > select the contacts to Exclude

OR chose Existing Segment > select a segment form the right panel > switch the operator to But Not
