InvalidGuidFormat Error Power Automate flow in Business Central v26.1

Issues with creating a power automate flow from within business central it is a demo tenant. The error I get is InvalidGuidFormat when I try to complete the flow creation in Business Central.

The flow is created in Power Automate,

but if I navigate to advance mode, the connection is stated as being invalid when I know it is correct, as I have created flows in power automate sending or updating data in Business Central.  I am a super user and I checked I have the execute permission for the code unit mentioned above.

is this a glitch?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

I realized issues with connections (in my case it was azure db connection) when I copied a whole flow.

So, did you create this flow or did you copy a flow?

    Kind regards, Adis

Hi many thanks for your quick reply, But I have found about what the issue is, it is a permission error.
I did have the permission set assigned to the user as below.
To grant individual users or groups access to the Power Automate features, assign them the system permission Allow Action Automate (ID 9630) in a permission set used on their account. You can also use the predefined permission set AUTOMATE - EXEC, which includes the Allow Action Automate permission. Users that have the Allow Action Automate permission can see the Automate action group on various pages in the client.

But the issue was I did not define the company name in the permission, I left it blank assuming that it was applied to every company within the environment.  But that is not the case as we are connecting to Power Automate from Business central the definition has to be made from which company so that the Guid can be inserted into the flow..

    thanks again.
