Hi Khalid,
I think you had this questions yesterday as well, so suggest that you don't create new question for same topic. Now to come to your questions, on this screen, click on dimension display and mark all check boxes. Then see if it's still one line or not. Then for every line you see here, go to inventory adjustment or movement journal or counting journal and key in the same dimension, just reverse the negative sign to positive sign and post the journal and your inventory should balance out.
Try this in non production environment. Also i see that your question is not setup properly, did you use option "Question" while setting up this question?
