Dear Microsoft Financial Community
Is there functionality in D365 F & O to change the numbers from 1,000,025.25 to the European format 1.000.025,00.
Thanks
Is there a way to check which language/country selection gives which date and number format? I have a requirement from a user that would like a specific date and number format combination, and I cannot find how to look it up without changing formats one by one until I hit the right one.
BR, Adelina
Ludwig,
I made the following changes and yes I did see the updated format for Spain which is as follows 1.000.525,00.
It takes some getting use to.
Thanks as Always.
Hi Michael,
Change your date & time format to your local location.
Example: de - for Germany, it will showcase the same output as you required.
User Option:
Output: Trial Balance

Thanks,
The replies above will work. Note that the Language field will initially drive the date/time and number format when the field Date, time, and number format is not filled. The field Date, time, and number format is used as an override for the language.
Please check: User options - Preferences - Date, time, and number format.
Please ensure that you have the correct format set up there (e.g. de), which gives you the comma as decimal separator.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Michael
Top right click the gear, Preferences and change the field "Date, time, and number format" to your regional needs.
Which country has this requirement?
As far as I know, this isnt in dynamics.
