Hello,

is there a way to push dynamics sales contacts to outlook email. I know we can do it vise versa but i'm asking about existing contacts to Outlook.

Hi Mohammad,

For existing contacts, you can export them in a csv file and then import themin outlook.

You can follow these steps :

1. Navigate to contacts menu in outlook

2. Navigate to manage Contacts

3. Click on Import contacts

Hi partner,

Dynamics 365 sync the Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks with outlook 365

You can set up Server Side Synchronization:

Dynamics 365 apps admins can enable synchronization using Settings > Administration > System Settings > Synchronization.

Deploy dynamics 365 app for outlook: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-app/deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook

Then test your mailbox, check if the 'Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks Status' is Success.

And open your personal settings, under Synchronization tab, click filters.

Check if 'My Outlook Contacts' is Activate, then open it and check the condition filter.

I have a question, when i follow the steps above, what will happen when i create a new contact? is it going to sync the contact details to my Outlook contacts?

Hi Mohammad,

If you follow the steps described by Leah, If you will create a new contact in Dynamics 365 that will be created in Outlook. And, if you create a contact in Outlook, that will be created in Dynamics 365.

So, if you want to migrate all existing (old) contacts into Outlook just follow the forst response and to activate the synchronisation for your future contact, you can follow the steps listed by Leah.
