Can you please explain which format(MT940, BAI2 etc..) you are using? can share the sample of that imported format?
Did you check your setup in data management?
This issue is when the file which you are importing is having some data issue.
i have provisioned the system to use all three bank statement format (MT940, BAI2 etc..) and i have as well checked the the execution log and its says successful but it says 0 created, 0 updated and 0 with no errors
