What is the best practice for downloading activity attachments?

What is the easiest way to bulk download attachments of Dynamics 365 Sales activities (schedules, emails, etc.) by specifying conditions?

    The easiest way is the XrmToolBox tool, there are two plugins you can select:

    1) Bulk Attachment Manager

    Plugin for XrmToolBox to bulk download attachments from notes or emails.

    2)Attachment Downloader: 

    Xrm ToolBox Plugin which download attachments files from any Data Verse table. Take fetch xml as input to filter out the records.
