Error with Dynamic Docs

We have been unable to download Dynamic Docs for 2 days now. The following error is shown:

Error : 500: : An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): DDPdf.DocsPdf: System.Exception: Unable to connect to the remote server

Is there anything we need to do to rectify this as we are unable to attached PDF invoices to customer emails at present.

Hello,

That looks like something custom so my recommendation is to get in touch with Vendor who provided you with this solution if it is ISV/or developer who developed it.

We had to contact Microsoft direct and ask them to rectify issue. Normally caused when there is an update of software.
